Mexican Wedding Cakes
Ingredients
1 c butter
1/2 c powdered sugar
1/2 t vanilla
1.75 c flour
1/2 c chopped walnuts
3/4 c powdered sugar (for dusting)
Directions

Preheat over to 350.

Cream butter and sugar.

Add reset of ingredients and incorporate by hand.

Refrigerate for 10 minutes.

Using a small cookie scoop, scoop out a flat spoonful.

Roll the dough into a ball.

Place on a air pan cookie sheet.

Bake at 350 for 14 minutes (or until bottom just starts to brown).

Allow to cool on the sheet for 1-2 minutes.

Remove to a cooling rack.

Allow to cool until just barely warm.

Roll in powdered sugar and set aside until cool.

Roll again in powdered sugar once cool.
